# Handled > Handled helps people prepare, review and authorise AI phone calls. The public website is at https://www.askhandled.com. The calling app is at https://app.askhandled.com. The public homepage offers four starting points: book a table, chase a repair, move a booking and cancel an appointment. Each opens signup. Selecting a scenario does not transfer a draft through signup. ## Public pages - [Homepage](https://www.askhandled.com/): The service and its call scenarios. - [Handled for agents](https://www.askhandled.com/agents): Public skill instructions for preparing a call brief. - [Privacy policy](https://www.askhandled.com/privacy): Information collection, providers, retention and privacy requests. - [Terms and conditions](https://www.askhandled.com/terms): Account requirements, call approval, payments, credits and consumer rights. - [Contact](https://www.askhandled.com/contact): Published contact information. Each public page contains its content in HTML without JavaScript. Request `Accept: text/markdown` for a Markdown representation, or use [homepage Markdown](https://www.askhandled.com/index.md), [agent Markdown](https://www.askhandled.com/agents/index.md), [privacy Markdown](https://www.askhandled.com/privacy/index.md), [terms Markdown](https://www.askhandled.com/terms/index.md) and [contact Markdown](https://www.askhandled.com/contact/index.md). ## Prepare a call brief - [Handled call-brief skill](https://www.askhandled.com/.well-known/agent-skills/handled-call-brief/SKILL.md): Gather a recipient, objective, facts, boundaries and success criteria for the person's review. - [Skill discovery index](https://www.askhandled.com/.well-known/agent-skills/index.json): Skill metadata and the digest of the published instructions. Preparing a brief does not place a call. Account holders review instructions and explicitly authorise calling in the app. The terms describe current pricing and credit handling. Do not infer a successful task or a confirmed payment from navigation or a call ending. ## Connected assistants MCP support is a private-owner integration that requires operator configuration, a pre-registered OAuth client and an individual consented connection URL. It is disabled by default. There is no shared public MCP endpoint. The public skill can prepare a brief without an assistant connection. It does not provide credentials or authorise a call.
