Waitlist privacy policy

Last updated 6 October 2026. This policy covers the Handled early-access waitlist at askhandled.com. The calling app is private and isn’t available to waitlist members.

What we collect and why

When you join, we collect your email address, signup time and the version of the consent notice you agreed to. We use these to manage the waitlist and send Handled launch updates and early-access invitations. Joining is optional and doesn’t create an app account.

Where your information goes

Waitlist entries are stored in Handled’s PostgreSQL database. The form doesn’t send your email to OpenAI, Telnyx or Clerk. Hosting providers process requests to deliver the site. We don’t sell the waitlist or use it for third-party advertising.

Retention and your choices

We keep your entry while managing the waitlist. You can request access, correction or deletion, or ask us to stop sending updates, using the contact details below. We’ll remove your entry from the active waitlist when you leave. Any retained backup copies follow the hosting backup lifecycle.

Site operation

The waitlist doesn’t use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Requests include technical information such as your IP address; the server uses it temporarily to limit repeated submissions. The private owner login uses Clerk authentication separately.
